Welcome to the HSCF Family!

Big things are happening at HSCF and we are so excited to be adding more exceptional talent to our organization. We would like to introduce you to the newest members of the team!


Jean Archary

Global Finance Coach


Jean Archary is a Financial Wellness Coach, entrepreneur, speaker and author at Money Messages. Her soul's purpose is to help improve the financial education of as many people as she possibly can.


She is a Certified Financial Planner® Professional with over twenty years of experience in the financial services industry. She has a range of experience within business management, leadership, development and strategy. She strongly believes that through education we can alter the outcomes of our stories and achieve our financial goals.


Jean also has a Bachelor of Arts degree with Psychology and Communication major, a Postgrad in Advanced Tax, and she is a certified workplace coach. Jean is a proud member of the Financial Planning Institute in South Africa and has also authored two books teaching kids about money in the series, Mrs Spiggles and her Money Tales.


Charea Mason

Global Operations Manager


Charea Mason is the Global Operations Manager for the Heritage Stem Camp Foundation.

Prior to joining HSCF, Charea worked for over 14 years as an Outreach Coordinator for the NC Healthy Beginnings Project. As Outreach Coordinator she managed and provided maternity care education and oversaw the planning and implementation of services. Her experience as an Outreach Coordinator has provided her with the space to cultivate relationships with the broader community by connecting with businesses, individuals, and organizations.


Charea appreciates the opportunity for collaboration and her love of people is the heartbeat of why she is invested in the work she does. Her ability to build rapport and a sense of community have allowed her to thrive inside and outside of the workplace and it is her hope that she continues this camaraderie as she works with HSCF.


Charea is a native of Raleigh NC, where she attended North Carolina State University pursuing a degree in Business Management. She currently resides in Raleigh with her Husband Micah Mason and their three daughters.


Tiffany Hodges

Global Marketing Manager


Tiffany Hodges is the Marketing Communication/Social Media Manager for Heritage STEM Camps Foundation. (HSCF) A creative at heart, Tiffany values the opportunity to marry communication with connectivity.


Tiffany graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a degree in Communication Studies and Journalism. Her professional journey has led her from the beach to the desert where she fostered a passion for working with students in a higher education setting at Arizona State University. Her former role combined both student coordination and marketing to promote leadership, innovation and engagement.


With her experience in digital marketing, she also works in the automotive industry in North Carolina. She curates content for their various platforms which includes social media, radio and print advertisements. Tiffany is excited to bring her enthusiasm and energy to help promote the vision and expand the global outreach of HSCF.


Tiffany is a native of Raleigh NC. She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and enjoys travel and spending time with family and friends.



Tyler Smith

Virtual Program Counselor


Tyler is joining HSCF as the Virtual Program Counselor for the summer. She is a senior marketing major at Southern University and A&M College with experience in social media and network marketing, brand building and public relations.


She currently works for the Southern University Women's Basketball team expanding their social media platform. From 2016-2019, Tyler was the manger and counselor at the Center for Energy and Environmental Studies (Camp CEES) managing their overall program, budget, weekly staff meetings, lesson plans, and camp activities.


After graduation, Tyler plans to attend graduate school and pursue a career in sports management.
