If so, this is the perfect residential camp for you!! Our food scientists, engineers, and world-renowned Chefs (Food Network's Chef Stephan Baity) will provide you with an unforgettable experience exploring the food from the soil, farm, or lab to table, food migration from one continent to another, the business of food, to YOU creating your own masterpiece in our highly competitive VC competition, and more! Join our dynamic six-day residential camp.

We introduce you to leading business leaders, entrepreneurs, and experts in this space, so you can explore the full range of food as a business in a tech world … You will be in the driver's seat creating your own sustainable food business.
